Ingredients
4
tilapia filets
thawed per package instructions, if previously frozen
juice from half a lemon

tbsp
butter
melted
½
tsp
garlic powder

tsp
ground cumin
¼
tsp
paprika
salt and pepper
to taste
¼

panko crumbs
Instructions
Preheat the over to 400° F.
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the tilapia filets on the parchment and squeeze the juice of the lemon over them.
Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in the garlic powder, cumin and paprika.
Brush the butter mixture over the filets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the panko crumbs over the tops in an even coat.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. The fish should reach an internal temperature of 145° F and be flaky and opaque.
Notes
If you wish to further crisp up the filets, switch the oven to BROIL for the last minute of baking.
