Honey Balsamic BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon blackpepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with whisk...feel free to use a blender instead!
A lot more flavor can be extracted if the garlic and dry ingredients are heated until aromatic, and then add in wet. I like to add a little cumin. Otherwise very good sauce.
