What You’ll Need to Make Ranch Roasted Potato Wedges:
- 4-5 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Your favorite ranch seasoning (check out our favorite HERE and I’ve found a dairy-free option HERE)
- Black Pepper
- Parchment paper
To start, gather your ingredients and preheat your oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Wash the potatoes (leaving the skin on for added texture and nutrition) and pat dry.
Next, cut each potato in half and then each half into about 4-5 wedges each. Make sure they are all roughly the same thickness for even cooking.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with the olive oil. Line the slices on the baking sheet and sprinkle generously with the ranch seasoning and black pepper.
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. This allows for proper airflow and ensures they crisp up beautifully in the oven.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
